Slaps Combo consists of 45 minutes of uncompromising techno-ambient and deconstructed club music spread across 8 tracks. Speaking about the main atmosphere of this collection, Sicily-based musician and sound engineer Giancarlo, who started his new solo project The Diish in 2019, said:

“These compositions are the result of specific sequential structures which were created in a condition of rather intimate, domestic stillness. In terms of emotions, it oscillates between the contrasting, but complementary, notions of loss and birth. It is a tribute to these primaeval human feelings I moulded into what I like to think of as experimental and techno-ambient musical characters”

Slaps Combo invites you to dig into a journey of memories of the past and present that sets the tone for a never ending quest for light.
